How we time your deliveries

Every Keep Full account is tracked by the office. We use the weather and the gallons you used in past deliveries to estimate when your tank will need gas, then add you to the route for your area. Cold snaps shorten the interval; mild months stretch it out.

If you run out on Keep Full

Running out of propane means the system has to be pressure checked before it can be turned back on. If a tank on the Keep Full program runs completely out, you are not responsible for the leak test or for the special trip, as long as the account is in good standing. If the account is delinquent, the customer is responsible for the cost of the leak test and the special trip. Certain restrictions apply; the office will explain them when you sign up.

Who Keep Full suits best

Keep Full works well if propane heats your home, if you are away for part of the year, or if you would simply rather not check the gauge. If you use propane lightly, such as for a range or fireplace only, you may prefer to decide when to order and call us when the gauge reads about 30%.

  • Homes heated with propane
  • Second homes and part-time residents
  • Older relatives who should not have to read a tank gauge
  • Anyone who wants to pair automatic delivery with the Budget Plan

Pair it with the Budget Plan

Keep Full takes care of when your propane arrives. The Budget Plan takes care of how you pay for it: an equal monthly payment billed to your card on the 10th of each month, instead of a large bill after a winter fill. The budget year runs May through April.

Questions

Straight answers

Do I need to be home for a Keep Full delivery?

Usually not, as long as the driver can reach the tank. Let us know about gates, gate codes and dogs so the driver can get in.

Can I switch to Keep Full if I order my own propane now?

Yes. Call the office at (530) 888-7438 and we will move your account to Keep Full and set up the schedule.

Will I still see the tank level?

Yes. The gauge under the tank dome always shows the percentage.
