The original founder of American River Gas Co., Inc. Don Veninga, began his path of ownership in the propane industry beginning in 1966.  In 1996 his son, Steve Veninga and a longtime childhood friend, Bobby Dal Porto purchased the Company and became co-owners. Our family owned Company has been so successful over the past 49 years because we have always strived to provide excellent customer service.  In a day and age where the ideas of “craftsmanship” have gone by the wayside, we pride ourselves on the fact that we perform our work as though we are putting our personal signature on each job we complete with professionalism, safety and thoroughness.
