# Request a propane delivery

Existing customers can request a delivery here. Send the form with your address and gauge reading, and our office confirms the day your area's route truck will be there. Order when your gauge reads about 30%.

## Before you order

- Read the gauge: lift the dome 6 to 8 inches, let it drop to free the needle, then read the 0 to 100 dial.
- Order at about 30% so we can reach you on your route day, usually within a week.
- Clear the path to the tank: our hose is 120 feet long, and every obstacle uses some of it.
- Keep dogs in, and leave the gate unlocked or give us the gate code.

## Out of gas?

If your tank is completely empty, call the office at (530) 888-7438. A pressure check is required before the system can be turned back on, and the homeowner must be home for it. Special arrangements can be made in emergencies. If you smell gas, leave the building first, then call 911 and us from outside.

### How soon will my propane be delivered?

Our trucks serve each part of the delivery area on a set weekday. Orders placed at about 30% are usually delivered within a week.

### Can I be put on automatic delivery instead?

Yes. Ask about Keep Full and we will schedule deliveries for you from the weather and your usage.
